The WAITING FOR YOU team is led by Nicole Featherston, who began her hospitality career at Jolley’s Boathouse in 1994.

Nicole’s quest for knowledge led her to leading SA Flagship Restaurants including Magill Estate and Petaluma’s Bridgewater Mill, where she honed her skills and gained invaluable experience in hospitality management along the way.

Nicole has a passion for all things hospitality and established WAITING FOR YOU in 2001 after she recognised the need for a business that could offer South Australians a one stop shop fusing experienced and professional hospitality staff with comprehensive event management services.

Hence the vision for WAITING FOR YOU came in to being.

With the benefit of her industry experience, combined with Nicole’s individual flair, style and attention to detail WAITING FOR YOU continues to provide her clients access to the highest food and beverage service standards and innovative event management services.

Nicole is still driven by the excitement of a hospitality career and her passion and enthusiasm for the industry and for South Australian food, wine and culture still inspire her business today.
